OPACK’s manufacturing roots in Shenzhen date back to 1994. Today, we specialize in the development and production of functional bags, luggage, and technical carrying solutions for international brands, distributors, and professional product programs.

Our capabilities cover product development, material sourcing, pattern engineering, sample making, quality management, mass production, and export support. We manufacture medical equipment bags, business and laptop bags, backpacks, soft-sided trolley luggage, travel and duffel bags, tool and technical equipment bags, pet carriers, and specialized storage solutions.

Our Shenzhen operation focuses on product development, sampling, quality management, and higher-complexity projects, while our Guangxi production base provides scalable manufacturing capacity for larger orders and long-term OEM/ODM programs. Together, both operations support a coordinated path from initial concept and prototype to bulk production and export delivery.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & R&D

OPACK supports the development of functional bags, luggage, and technical carrying solutions through material selection, structural development, pattern engineering, prototype sampling, and manufacturability evaluation.

Customers can begin with an initial concept, hand sketch, reference image, physical sample, or completed technical file. Our team helps develop materials, hardware, construction, patterns, and prototype samples, followed by functional review and sample refinement before mass production.

Supported by experienced pattern makers, digital layout tools, and 3D-printing capabilities for selected components, we work to improve sampling efficiency and identify potential production and quality issues early in the development process.
